Randburg Clinic School Nurses are Specialised Professional Nurse in Advanced Child Psychiatry, with qualifications in General Nursing, Community, Psychiatry and Midwifery.

Nursing Services – Ensuring the health and well-being of learners by providing medical support, monitoring, and care throughout the school day.

Duties Include:

Treatment of any sick or injured learners at school – Contacting of parents and referral to Doctor’s if necessary.

Referrals contacting ER24 when the needs arise

Receiving of prescription medicine from the parents and giving the required dose at school

Coordinating and administering of any vaccinations when there are Government Vaccination campaigns.

Our therapy team works closely with educators and families to create individual support plans, empowering learners to thrive in and beyond the classroom.
