ABOUT US

Randburg Clinic School is for learners who have been diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or a Severe Behaviour Disorder.

At Randburg Clinic School, we strive for all our children to meet their full academic, social, emotional, and physical potential by building solid foundations during their first chapter in their lifelong learning journey. This enables them to lead independent lives and make productive contributions to society.

We believe that every child has the capacity to learn and as such our staff thrive to have each learner reach their full potential. There is no official curriculum specifically designed for learners on the autism spectrum. Randburg Clinic School tailors the Department of Education’s Curriculum to meet each learner’s unique needs through an Individualized Educational Program (IEP) along with Individualized Support Plan from the therapy department.

Vision Statement

Randburg Clinic School is dedicated to empowering every learner to reach their fullest academic, social, emotional, and physical potential. By building strong foundations, learners are equipped to lead independent lives and make meaningful contributions to society.

School Governing Body

Every public school in South Africa must have a school governing body (SGB). A new SGB is elected every three years. SGB’s are important for proper school governance.
A SGB must ensure that the school is governed in the best interest of all the stakeholders. All SGB members must always put the best interest of the school before any personal interests.
