Who we are
Randburg Clinic School is a Gauteng Department of education school designated for learners who have been diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder or a Severe Behaviour Disorder. At Randburg Clinic School we believe that every child has the capacity to learn and as such our staff thrive to have each learner reach their full potential. Message from The Principal:
Welcome to Randburg Clinic School. I am very proud to be the Principal of this wonderful school. We
are a well-managed Government school driven to provide quality education to all our Learners. We
cater for Special Needs Learners with Autism, as well as Severe Behavioural Disorders.
To me as Principal it is important to create a warm and welcoming environment where our children
are happy and stimulated to make the most of their potential. Hence our school motto: Different,
but not less. As expressed so aptly by Robert John Meehan when he states that; “Every child has a
different learning style and pace. Each child is unique, not only capable of learning, but also capable
of succeeding. It shouldn’t matter how slowly some children learn, as long as we are encouraging
them not to stop”.
We pride ourselves in catering for the social, emotional and academic development of our children.
My hardworking and dedicated staff are proactive in ensuring that new learners are made to feel
welcome, safe and are comfortable in the friendly and nurturing environment promoted at
Randburg Clinic School.
